He claims to be a pediatrician from Chicago who is currently in West Africa working at an orphanage.  He even pretends that the kids are typing messages to you.  He asks u to call his cell phone (+2348033161164.)  He says that he and the children want u to come to Africa to visit them and he can help u do that if u send him money.  He also tries to get u to send money to him to buy a digital camera so he can take pictures for u.  That phone number is a number in Nigeria.  His voice is obviously native African.  But what really tipped me off was when I tested him and asked him what were the names of the airports in Chicago (someone from anywhere in US should know but definitely if from Chicago.)  He stalled and stalled and only a few minutes later (after he looked it up) answered.  Tonyharry247@yahoo.com
